I offer a personal DIY decor set up service for weddings and events, giving you the freedom to choose your own decorations while leaving the set up in trusted hands.

With a venue visit beforehand and a decor plan agreed together, I'll make sure everything is positioned just as you've envisioned.

On the day itself, you can relax, enjoy your morning getting ready and focus on making memories, knowing your carefully chosen details are in safe hands.

What Does it Include?

A video consultation to chat through your décor ideas and vision.
A pre-wedding venue visit to plan the set up.
A detailed décor plan so every little detail is covered.
Styling advice and creative ideas, if you need a little inspiration.
Up to 4 hours of wedding day décor set up.
Myself and another team member on the day.
Co-ordination of arriving suppliers, including your florist and cake maker.
Boxes, packaging and spare items neatly gathered for easy clear-up.

Hi, I’m Tash…

It’s lovely to have you here!

Some of you may already know me as Tasha-Mae, the wedding co-ordinator who loves helping couples bring their dream wedding day to life!

My job is to take away the stress, take care of all those little details and make sure everything runs smoothly, so my couples can relax and enjoy every moment of their special day.

Quite often, part of my role involves putting out the finishing touches, arranging the décor and styling the venue. And it was while doing just this that I had my little lightbulb moment!

I realised that although not every couple needs a wedding co-ordinator, lots of couples could really do with an extra pair of hands when it comes to setting up their wedding décor.

I know how much time, love and effort goes into choosing, making and collecting all those special little details to create your dream wedding. But what happens when your venue only allows you access on the morning of your wedding? Suddenly, you’re faced with trying to get everything set up in just a few hours, often relying on family and friends to help, when really, everyone should be enjoying the excitement of the day ahead!

Having seen this happen time and time again, I wanted to find a way to take away some of that pressure and make life a little easier for couples.

And that’s when I realised I could help in another way!
