Co-ordinating many DIY weddings I understand that some couples want to put their own stamp on their special day, which is why I hire out Mae & Maple’s props on a DIY basis. I believe that by offering my props in this way it gives you the freedom to design and style your venue as you wish. However, if you get stuck and are in need of suggestions then of course I am always happy to get creative and chat through style ideas with you.

I totally understand that not everyone will know exactly what decor and props they would like to style and decorate their big day immediately. If this sounds like 'YOU', then don't panic, as the 'Save my Date' option gives you the flexibility and time to decide later!
All you need to do to secure your date is get in touch, let me know the date and location of your wedding or event and pay a £50 'Save my Date' deposit. Once this has all been received then you can sit back and relax knowing your special day is in the Hire Diary. All I ask is you let me know what you would like to hire as soon as you have made up your mind and no later than 12 weeks before your hire date.
Your £50 'Secure my Date' deposit will then be deducted from your hire deposit and the remaining balance due 4 weeks before your hire date.
Please note the £50 Save my Date deposit is non-refundable.

Offering flexibility is important to Mae & Maple so I wanted to offer a service that would fit within everyone’s budget. My ‘Save the Pennies and Pick Up’ service means you can collect and drop off your props on a DIY basis before and after your big day. The advantages to this service is you will save some money, as there will be no minimum spend and no delivery and collection fees added to your hire costs. If you have someone you can rely on to collect and drop off your hired props, as well as someone you can trust to make sure your venue is styled to match your wedding or event vision, then this is the perfect solution for you.

Everyone wants and deserves a stress free wedding or event, so let Mae & Maple help. Your hired props can be delivered to you at your venue and left for you to decorate and style your event as you wish. I will then collect your props the day after your big event or special day to save you worrying about returning them.
For this service there will be a delivery and collection fee based on your destination. Just get in touch and let me know the name and postcode of your venue so I can send you a quote.
Please note there is a minimum hire fee of £250.00 if you wish your items to be delivered and collected.

Not everyone has the time to put their décor and prop items out especially if the venue is only accessible on the day of your wedding or event. If you are worried about how you are going to get everything done, then let me help you. For an additional fee I can deliver your items and decorate your venue with your hired Mae & Maple props. Before your big day we will get together to discuss where you would like all your props positioned, so everything is how you would like it. This means you can relax and get ready whilst enjoying your morning with family and friends…. perfect!
The cost for this service will be calculated on how many items you have hired and where your event is taking place - get in touch for a quote.

If you are having your hired items delivered then the collection of your props is included in your delivery fee. All I ask is that Mae & Maple’s props and decor items are left as they were delivered, wrapped up and together in an agreed collection area. However, if you would prefer Mae & Maple’s props are gathered up, wrapped and put away for you then I am more than happy to help take this worry away. For this additional service a ‘clear up’ fee will be added to your invoice, just let me know.

An added bonus if you have booked myself, Tasha Mae as your wedding or event co-ordinator, you will receive 10% off of any Mae & Maple hired items. Not only that, but if I am visiting you the day before your wedding to look around your venue then you will not be charged for the delivery of your items, only for the collection.
My aim is to help make sure your wedding and event planning, as well as your big day itself is as stress free as possible. By combining wedding or event co-ordination with your prop hire will help make your booking process and communications easier.
