Corn Hole
My Cornhole boards have been handcrafted especially for Mae & Maple.
The beanbags have had new covers handsewn by my mum using beautiful brightly coloured fabric that came all the way from Ghana, by the father of one of my brides. Lucky enough to be given the material after their big day I wanted to repurpose it in some way for weddings and events… perfect for my beanbag covers!
Note: It was important to me that the beans inside my bags were eco friendly, so I found some traditional ones filled with real corn kernels which are the correct type of beanbag to use. For that reason, if it rains on your big day please be sure the beanbags are stored under the cornhole boards to protect them from the wet weather.
How to Play
The cornhole boards are placed opposite each other at approx 8m apart. Take it in turns to throw your coloured beanbags aiming for the cornhole, one board at a time. Once you have thrown all your beanbags, collect them and stand at the board you have just thrown at, to then throw back to the opposite board. If your beanbag goes through the hole then 3 points are awarded, if it lands on the board then only 1 point. Keep moving and throwing in this way until someone scores 21 points and can be declared the Cornhole champion!
Comes complete with:
8 beanbags - you can choose two team colours from red, yellow or blue.
Wine box to store your bean bags and instructions in.
A cornhole sign.
Full rules on how to play.

Sack Race

A sack race reminds me of being back at school and in my opinion will never grow old. Sending some used coffee sacks from an independent and local coffee roastery to my mum, she has sewn on some handles meaning you can have your very own sack race at your wedding or event.
Comes complete with:
9 x sacks in three team colours of pink, blue and yellow - 3 sacks per team.
2 x chunky rope markers.
3 x winner bells and wine boxes to put them on.
3 x team signs.
Apple crate with spare sacks in and a ‘Spare Sacks’ sign.
Full rules of different ways to race!
How to play
Place the rope markers at a distance of your choice and line each team up in their sacks at the starting rope. Get someone to shout ‘Go’ and let the race begin. In turn each team member must jump to the next rope and back again, tagging the next team member to follow. First team back wins.
